The FAA did not immediately return phone calls for more
information.

I wonder why? Maybe as the safety of our national airspace
system continues to degrade and fall apart they will adopt
a bunker mentality and avoid accountability? We all know the
FAA has run out of lies and obfuscation tactics so maybe
ignoring the press will work now. Reminds me of Russia.
Rest easy pilots. The FAA continues to expand their
civil rights and diversity staff. Who cares about
Air Safety? Just screw the controllers and technicians
and expand management and civil rights wasteful empires.

Perhaps because there was no more information available.

A bizjet crashes in Maine shortly after departing as a storm with a mix of
snow, sleet, freezing rain and rain was moving across the state. A King Air
crashes in North Carolina while attempting to land in fog, rain and sleet.
Care to explain how the "FAA CIVIL RIGHTS SCAM" contributed to these
accidents?

Very simple. The FAA continues to EXPAND management
positions and diversity/civil rights empire staff.
The FAA continues to CUT Air Traffic controllers and
technicians and aviation safety inspectors.
http://federalnewsradio.com/?nid=169&sid=1336494
As long as the FAA EXPANDS non-safety related positions
while CUTTING safety positions it will EQUAL degraded safety.
We all know AFSS CUTS and PRIVATIZATION has resulted in
reduced weather information and errors and poor service.
NOTAM information shows more and more facilities out of
service including AFSS communication outlets and NAVAIDS.
When you cut FAT and WASTE from a safety organization most
companies start with NON-SAFETY related positions and middle
management overhead and non-productive staff positions.
In the case of the FAA they continue to expand their bloated
Government empire as they EXPAND cubicle non-productive
positions and cut safety positions. The FAA has one of the
lowest ratios of managers to employees in Government. In
some FAA facilities the managers out number the workers.
It may be why the FAA has some of the lowest morale
scores and employee satisfaction in Government service.

The focus in the FAA is Washington headquarters and desk
jockey staff. Their staffing plan is BACKWARDS and STUPID
I have heard FAA employees describe FAA Headquarters as a
"Alphabet soup" with their layer after layer of empires that
is impossible to navigate or deal with.
Why?

None of that explains how the "FAA CIVIL RIGHTS SCAM" contributed to these
accidents. Do you have any background in aviation or are you just a racist
sumbitch?

Oh dear, it's worse than that.

Your logic would only be correct if you believe in the supremacy of one
race or gender over another.
So far, there have never been any definitive empirical studies that would
support your belief system, so your conclusion is therefore invalid.

"It may have" contributed indirectly we may never know. Word
is coming out that Scott Crossfield may have been a victim
of degraded AFSS service and FAA communication outlet
failures when he flew head first into a thunderstorm in
April 2006 over North Georgia.
I know a lot about aviation. I have spent almost 30 years in
the business. Part of that was FAA service. I was a flight
engineer for the now defunct Zantop Airlines. I flew on
B-52's in the Air Force. I am also a private pilot but not
current due to a health issue.
Racist? You are always "Racist" and a "Bigot" when you
challenge civil rights empire SCAMS and/or diversity waste
and stupidity in the Federal Government. It is the divide
and dominate mentality driven by PC tyranny and Government
eduction in America. It actually is US Government old
outdated bull**** management attitude. It is always about
race when it involves minority accountability/SCAM exposure.
Great obfuscation tactic by the way calling me "Racist".
If you cut SAFETY positions in the FAA while EXPANDING Civil
rights and diversity staff/waste/boondoggles are you not
LONG TERM setting yourself up for bad morale/failure/accidents?
Calling me a "Racist Sumbith" is the easy way out. Deal with
the issue. The FAA has some of the lowest morale in
Government service and the numbers of serious errors
involving Air Traffic control is RISING. All while they KISS
sycophant management and contractor ASS.
Is it possible the FAA's stupid reverse racist hiring and HR
policies may be contributing to low morale/lower safety?
What is driving record low morale in the FAA? Got an answer?
Blaming it on racism or the unions is a cop out. Let's here
something with some substance.
Why is the FAA so ****ed up?

You sir are missing the point. I NEVER said one race is
superior. Building NON SAFETY feel good RACIAL EMPIRES
within a SAFETY organization(FAA) while CUTTING SAFETY
positions is STUPID.
Go ahead and play the race card. An effective but obvious
obfuscation tactic for people with a soda straw perspective
of life.
"Conclusion is therefore invalid?
Remember, an opinion is like an asshole. Everybody has one
and it stinks.
